Sales & Returns Agreement
When ordering online from Sweetcart.co.uk you accept our terms and conditions of sale as stated below.
All orders are processed by a secure server and handled by either Nochex or Paypal to ensure 100% security at all times.
We take payment via all major debit/credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo, Maestro...
Orders will be despatched within 2 working days and therefore you should expect to receive your yummy sweets within 2-4 working days from point of payment.
All orders will be fulfilled and despatched in priority of when the order was placed.
All UK Mainland deliveries take place via either Royal Mail or if specified at checkout, a courier service.
For deliveries to any Highlands or Islands addresses in and around the UK, please contact us first to obtain a delivery quote unless you know Royal Mail provide a standard service to you. Any orders placed without prior contact are liable to cancellation by us until correct payment is made.
Any free delivery offers that we may run are solely for delivery to the UK, and as such any International orders placed with this offer will be refunded to you.
If you change your mind on an order and would like a refund of your purchase then please contact us at Sales@sweetcart.co.uk to obtain a "Returns Authorisation Number". We will gladly refund any purchase within 14 days of payment. Refunds will only be issued against unopened bags of sweets for hygenic reasons. All refunds issued will be soley for the cost of the sweets purchased. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs associated with transportation of the product.
Out Of Stock Items
Although we hold a large depth of stock across our entire range of yummy sweets, on occassion we may temporarily run out of stock of an item. In this instance we will contact you to inform you of the situation and offer an alternative product. of course if you prefer we can either send the order in 2 parts or hold the delivery until all items are available, it's your choice.
Nut Allergy Information
At Sweetcart we state in the listings which sweets we are certain contain nuts or nut derivatives/traces. However, due to the nature of sweet manufacturing and the packing processes involved, we cannot guarantee that other sweets we sell will be free from nut traces. As such, if you suffer from any nut allergies we advise you to contact us prior to ordering so we may endeavor to verify any sweet contents you request. In line with the above statement, Sweetcart cannot be held responsible for the content of sweets supplied, and as such are in no way accountable for any nut content in our sweets.
